Pendant que les décomptes sont
toujours en cours, l’issue du premier tour des élections présidentielles est
incertaine au Sénégal. Cependant, dans la soirée du 24 février 2019, jour des
élections, le Premier ministre a donné Macky Sall vainqueur au premier tour.
Mais pour l’opposition, un second tour est inéluctable.
